Why migrate?
- I’m currently paying for 3 servers.
- The Windows server costs €24/month.
- The two Linux servers cost €4.66/month and €3.97/month.
- One Linux server is barely used.
Current workload
Windows server
- Runs Wallabag and FreshRSS.
- It has limited headroom for more Docker services.
Linux server #1
- Runs a WeChat Official Account editor and Monica.
- Services are deployed behind a reverse proxy (for example, Nginx).
Linux server #2
- Barely used.
Personal goal
- I want hands-on practice managing servers end to end.
- I may try Kubernetes (or similar) later.
